I am Sonia Dumitrescu. My origines are from Romania, I was born in 1993 in Luxembourg and raised there until 2014. Through my teenage years, I gathered experience in painting at Ecole d'Art Contemporain. Then I did a Bachelor's and a Master's degree at Institut Supérieur des arts de Toulouse in France. During these studies, I also did an Erasmus at Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma in Italy. Cultivating my imagination and creativity has always been a necessity to me. Besides my studies, I’ve been half my life into introspection, the creative process and the research of what is beyond the material world. Since 2021, I’ve been working as an art teacher and freelancer. I am based in Luxembourg and Hamburg.
